The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. The customer must monitor the account used for the original purchase.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must ensure the PayPal account is active and able to receive refunds. Hiu Dan Limited is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or by local law.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt.
